Todd Pickrell was named Creative Director, Scott Winer Productions in September 2008. As Creative Director, he is responsible for managing graphic, print and web design for SWP Creative, the Creative Division of Scott Winer Productions, and oversees branding for SWP and its subsidiaries.
The Co-Creator and Illustrator of SWP’s “The Adventures of Little Scottie,” Pickrell has formally studied fine arts and design at various levels since 2000. His studies have spanned a wide variety of disciplines, including drawing, painting, ceramics, woodworking, graphic design and illustration.
He has earned memberships to the National Honors Society, National Arts Honor Society and Quill and Scroll. Pickrell received an award for cartooning in a local NAHS competition in 2004. A 2005 Kansas Honor Scholar, he has made The University of Kansas Honor Roll every semester since 2006.
In 2008, Pickrell received the Harley S. Nelson Family Scholarship in the Arts for his work in Foundations of Art & Design studies at KU. He currently co-hosts SWP Radio’s popular sexuality podcast, “The Bois.”
Born in St. Louis and raised in Olathe, Kan., Pickrell is pursuing his B.F.A. in Industrial Design at The University of Kansas.
